On putting the above picture through Reverse Image Search, we found the original picture of Putin on the official website of the stock picture agency Alamy.
According to the caption, the picture was taken on June 14, 2016, in Moscow.
In the above FAKE vs REAL collage, it is clear that Putin’s original picture was manipulated using the photo-editing software.
