NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture, and found it to be morphed.
Scanning the picture through Reverse Image Search, we identified a tweet by a verified Twitter handle @_garrywalia, dated January 8, 2023 and featuring the original picture of Rahul Gandhi.

In the original picture, Rahul Gandhi can be seen grabbing dry fruits while the glass in front of him holds tea or coffee.
In the above FAKE vs REAL collage, it is evident that the glass of alcohol and non-veg food was placed on the original picture using photo-editing software.
Digging further, we found that the original picture was initially tweeted by journalist Paranjoy Guha Thakurta on January 7, 2023, while Rahul was eating at a dhaba near Karnal during the ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra.
With the above findings, it is clear that the viral picture is morphed.
