Mumbai: The family of Sheezan Khan held a press conference on Monday where they addressed the alleged accusations against them by the family of the late actor Tunisha Sharma.

- The family while speaking with the media shared details about the deceased actor’s past.
- Talking about a picture being circulated on social media platforms, Shafaq said “The picture of Tunisha in hijab being circulated is from the set of the show which was part of the shoot.”
- She added “It can be seen. We never made her wear a hijab, it was from the channel.”
She further claimed that Sheezan did not have a secret girlfriend and added that the girl was there at the police station to record her statement. - She further alleged that Tunisha was depressed because of her childhood trauma. She said “Tunisha’s mother accepted that she has been neglecting Tunisha and that she didn’t take care of her.”
- Shafaq said “These allegations are baseless and wrong. Sheezan never used to consume drugs. The allegation made by Tunisha Sharma’s mother is absolutely wrong.”
- Advocate of Sheezan said “Tunisha’s so-called uncle Pawan Sharma was her former manager, he was fired 4 yrs ago because he used to interfere a lot and behave harshly with her.”
- He further alleged that Tunisha had “terrible relations” with Sanjeev Kaushal (an uncle in Chandigarh).
- He added that “Sanjeev Kaushal and her mother, Vanita used to control Tunisha’s finances. Tunisha often pleaded in front of her mother for her own money.”
- He claimed that Tunisha used to panic a lot on hearing the name of her uncle. He also alleged that “at the instigation of Sanjeev Kaushal, Tunisha’s mother broke her phone and pressed her neck.”
