Following the recent clash between Indian and Chinese troops on the LAC in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh, a video has surfaced on Internet showing armed personnel in hand combat, and it is claimed to be of the skirmish that took place on December 9, 2022.

Putting the video through InVid and keyframes through an extensive Reverse Image Search, we came across similar pictures on Facebook posted in May 2020.

NewsMobile independently could not verify the origin of the video. But it is confirmed that the video has been on Internet since May 2020, and it is definitely not of the recent clash between India and China in Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh.
