FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the post, and found it to be false.
Extracting keyframes of the video and running a search on the Russian search engine — Yandex, we found the longer version of the same video uploaded on a verified YouTube channel SabiSabiReserve, dated October 27, 2020.
The description of the video reads: Out of the darkness… one of the N’waswishaka male lions moves steadily about on a territorial patrol. What an incredible moment in time. Video by Matt Temperley.
We found that Sabi Sabi Reserve is a private game reserve situated in the southwestern section of the Greater Kruger National Park in South Africa.
Earlier, NewsMobile debunked the same video when it was shared as that from Assam in India.
Hence, it is clear that the video is being shared with a false claim.
