A Facebook user posted the viral video with a caption: अकबरुद्दीन ओवैसी है , जो कि एक B टीम है जो मोदी जी के साथ मिलकर कांग्रेस का जनाजा उठाने की बात कर रहे हैं (English translation: Akbaruddin Owaisi, from the B team, who along with Modi ji is talking about lifting the funeral of Congress.)

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral video, and found it to be misleading.
Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes, we found a news report published on the official YouTube channel of India TV, dated February 5, 2016. The video titled: Akbaruddin Owaisi Goes Harsh at PM Modi, Indira Gandhi; BJP Expresses Discontent, shows Owaisi giving the same speech as in the viral video.
Watching the entire report, we get to know that the viral video is a edited version of the speech given by Owaisi during the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections. He slammed both BJP and Congress in the speech. The description of the video also states: “Akbaruddin Owaisi, younger brother of AIMIM’s chief Asaduddin Owaisi, goes harsh at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indira Gandhi’s Congress in his speech during a rally. BJP expresses discontent.”
We also came across a Facebook video published on January 31, 2016, on the official handle of Akbaruddin Owaisi. Here too, the keyframes of the video from 54:55 match with the viral video, and Owaisi can be clearly seen speaking about finishing both BJP and Congress.
We found the same speech published on the official channel of 4TV News — a media house from Telangana.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral video, claiming Akbaruddin Owaisi pledged to finish the Congress with Modi’s support, is misleading.
