The video is shared on Facebook with a caption: “मोदी हाय हाय मोदी. ये हम नहीं गुजरात की महिलाएं कह रही है” (English translation: “Modi hi hi Modi. It is not us but the women of Gujarat who are saying this.)

Performing a Reverse Image Search, we identified the same viral video tweeted on October 1, 2017, with a caption: “Modi’s Marcia”.
The same video had been uploaded by many users on Facebook in 2017. The verified Twitter handle of Aam Admi Party’s member had also carried the same viral video on October 4, 2017, with a caption: “Gujarati women’s gift for their ‘brother’ Narendra Modi — ‘Hi Modi Hi Hi’ (This is a modification of Gujarati Marsiya)”.
