As per the video description, Rishi Sunak performs ‘gau pooja’ (cow worship) in London after he visited Bhaktivedanta Manor temple on Janmashtami.

Times Now had uploaded the same video on August 26, 2022, with the description:
Amid competition, Rishi Sunak, a finalist in the race to become the British PM performed gau pooja (cow worship) in London on Aug 25. The 42-year-old visited a cow enclosure along with his wife Akshata Murthy. The couple took blessings from the cow as they performed a ritual with a diya (earthen lamp).

The same had been covered by multiple media organisations like India Today, ABP News and Deccan Herald.
