FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the above post and found the claim to be false.
On putting keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, we found the same video on YouTube published on March 21, 2016. The title of the video read, ‘Amazing Mumbai local crowd’.
We also found that the same video was uploaded in 2019 on YouTube.
The viral claim was also debunked by the Twitter page Uttar Pradesh Fact Check on October 15, 2022, where it was clarified that the video in circulation is old.
NewsMobile had debunked the same video in 2021 when it was shared as crowded Borivali station in Mumbai on the first day after local train services were operationalised for all commuters after COVID-19.
