The post reads: “राहुल गांधी भविष्य के नेता हैं, उनको ज़्यादा मज़ाक में लेना महंगा पड़ेगा उनके परिवार का इतिहास बताता है राहुल जी को हल्के में लेना सही नहीं होगा- आरएसएस प्रमुख, मोहन भागवत।” (English translation: Rahul Gandhi is the leader of future. It will be costly to make fun of him… the history of his family tells that it would not be right to take Rahul ji lightly — RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.)

We could not find media reports suggesting that Mohan Bhagwat made any such statement. If RSS Chief had made such a statement, then it would have been covered by national news media. No such quote has been found in the social media handles of RSS and Mohan Bhagwat.
In some reports from 2018, Mohan Bhagwat had talked about the role played by Congress in India’s Independence. “In the form of Congress, a big freedom movement had started in the country, which gave many great personalities,” he said. The reports can be seen here, here and here.
However, we did not find the statement that was attributed to the RSS chief in the viral claim. Hence, it can be concluded that the post is misleading.
