Walmart Crash Threat: Plane Crash Lands Near A Field In Mississippi, Pilot In Custody

Washington: The plane threatening to crash into a Walmart store, landed near a field in Mississippi on Saturday

According to the US media report, “Plane involved in Mississippi Walmart threat has landed in a field of Mississippi after running out of fuel.”

The report further added that the pilot involved in the act was taken into custody by the police.

Earlier today, a pilot threatened to intentionally crash a plane into a local Walmart store in Tupelo, Mississippi.

According to reports, the Walmart was evacuated soon after the pilot threatened to crash into the store.

The Tupelo Police department in a statement added that “On 09-03-2022 at approximately 05:00 am TPD was notified that a pilot of an airplane (possibly King Air type) was flying over Tupelo,”.

The police further added that “TPD has worked with WalMart West and Dodges on West Main to evacuate the stores and disperse people as much as practical. TPD also has been able to begin talking with the pilot directly,”.

They further added that all the emergency services are on alert around the area. The police further urged citizens to avoid the area throughout the day.
