Actor Nimrat Kaur shared her recent bad experience with Delta Air Lines, where she had her luggage misplaced and later damaged while traveling to India from the US.
She took the incident on Twitter and also shared pictures of her broken trolley bag.

Nimrat writes in great detail about the situation in her letter, stating that she was flying from Detroit to Mumbai on the morning of August 22. Unexpected circumstances caused the flights to be delayed and cancelled, and she did not receive her checked luggage when she arrived in Mumbai. One bag continues to be untraceable and arrived damaged and smashed despite repeated confirmations from the airports in Detroit, Paris, and Dubai that it was there.
Adding further she pens, “The shock and horror of this ongoing experience aside; I shudder to think if this sort of violation is possible with a passenger or a supposed “privileged travel profile and access” what’s even going on elsewhere. Not only am I mentally and physically exhausted with this now 90 hours and counting, thoroughly disorienting ordeal, I am at my wits end with how this matter will be resolved and the overall harassment dealt with.”
Delta airlines also responded to Nimrat Kaur’s message on Twitter, stating to transfer the conversation to a Baggage representative.
