New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal initiated ‘Har Hath Tiranga’ program, ahead of Independence Day, at Thyagraj Stadium in Delhi as India has completes 75 years of Independence.
At the event, Arvind Kejriwal stated “Pura desh is vakt deshbhakti ke ras me duba hua hai” and started his speech by remembering Bhimrao Ambedkar for his lifelong struggles for freedom, rights of Dalits, and the incredible constitution he gave to India. He also recalls the martyrdom of Bhagat Singh.

Arvind Kejriwal at the end, joined the thousands of attendees to sing the national anthem while holding the tricolor.
He urged Delhiites, a day before to hoist the national flag at their houses under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign beginning Saturday, saying the tricolor was honor and glory of the country.
The Kejriwal government installed national flags at 500 places in the national capital and due to this Delhi has become the city of tricolors, he said.
The AAP government also distributed 25 lakh tricolor flags among school children and people in every nook and corner of the capital and hold various other patriotic programs to celebrate the 75 years of Independence.
“The tricolor is our pride, honor, glory, and life. Har Ghar Tiranga campaign is beginning on Sunday. Do hoist the tricolor at your houses with pride,” Kejriwal tweeted.
