New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party is all set to organize a silent march across the country on Sunday to mark the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day.
The march will be carried out to remember the pain and horrors that the country went through during the partition of India.
BJP President JP Nadda will take part in the silent march at Jantar Mantar in the national capital. The party has further planned exhibitions at various offices and other places throughout the day.
BJP has further created a six-member committee to ensure the implementation of the program across the country.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter and paid homage to all the people who lost their lives during the partition.
