IMD Predicts Rainfall In North India For Next 5 Days

New Delhi: With the advancement of the Monsoon in different parts of the country, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted rainfall in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh for the upcoming five days.

According to the prediction, Delhi and adjoining areas are expected to receive scattered rainfall for the next five days. Heavy rainfall is expected over Bihar for the next 2 days. Jharkhand is expected to receive heavy rainfall from 16th to 19th June.

With the advancement of the monsoon, the national capital experienced waterlogging and traffic in several parts.

With the fresh spell of rain, the air quality in the national capital is in the ‘moderate category’. System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR), a government agency, today morning informed that the overall AQI is 149 at 8:45 AM.
