In Pictures: Deepika Padukone Arrives In Style At The Cannes Jury Dinner

Cannes: Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone has finally glamoured Cannes with her presence at the jury dinner last night at Hotel Martinez in France, ahead of the Cannes Film Festival 2022.

Deepika Padukone is one of the eight jury members at the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. Pictures of her leaving the hotel went viral on social media platforms as she dazzled with a big smile ahead of the dinner.

Deepika was joined by other members of the jury including Noomi Rapace, Italian actor-director Jasmine Trinca, Director Asghar Farhadi, Ladj Ly, Jeff Nichols, Actor-filmmaker Rebecca Hall, and Joachim Trier for the dinner.

Earlier, Deepika posted a video on her Instagram page informing fans that she has arrived in Cannes to join the prestigious film festival.

The Cannes Film Festival will be a gala for Indian audiences as stars, actors, music composers, and singers from India will be part of the Red Carpet event. The delegation includes actor-producer R Madhavan, music composer AR Rahman, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pooja Hegde, and Nayanthara along with CBFC Chief Prasoon Joshi, filmmaker Shekhar Kapur and music composer Ricky Rej amongst others.

For the first time, Union Minister Anurag Thakur will be leading the Indian delegation on the red carpet this year.
