Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, has claimed that Twitter’s legal team accused him of breaking a nondisclosure agreement by revealing that the sample size for Twitter’s automated user checks was 100.
“Twitter legal just called to complain that I violated their NDA by revealing the bot check sample size is 100!” Musk tweeted on Saturday (local time).

Tesla CEO, Elon Musk just agreed to buy Twitter for USD 44 billion, while the deal is still subject to shareholder approval. Elon Musk, on the other hand, has put the USD 44 billion buy-out proposal for the microblogging site on hold.
Earlier this week, Musk stated that Twitter’s move to ban former US President Donald Trump was ‘a mistake’ and that if his bid for the social media giant is successful, he will reverse it.
