IPL 2022: Punjab Kings To Clash With Chennai Super Kings

Date:

Mumbai: Chennai Super Kings will take on Punjab Kings in the ongoing Indian Premier League on Monday at the Wankhede Stadium.

Chennai Super Kings will be back after a much-needed win against Mumbai Indians in their last game. Mahendra Singh Dhoni once again came to the rescue in the last over leading his team to victory. Moen Ali was replaced by Mitchell Santner in the last game who performed decently with both bat and ball

Skipper Ravindra Jadeja will be looking forward to maintaining the performance in the upcoming games for his side.

Punjab Kings will play this game after two consecutive losses against Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Skipper Mayank Agarwal made a tactical move by replacing power hitter Odean Smith with Nathan Ellis in the last game who failed to make an impact with his batting.

Liam Livingston, one of the key elements of the Punjab Kings batting order failed to get runs in the last match. The top batting order including Mayank Agarwal, Shikar Dhawan, and Jonny Bairstow failed to build the innings from the start.
Kagiso Rabada and Rahul Chahar will be looking forward to leading the game with their bowling attack and knocking some early wickets during the first few overs.
