Mumbai: Punjab Kings are all set to face Chennai Super Kings in the ongoing Indian Premier League at the Brabourne Stadium.
Both the teams have lost their previous matches and will be looking to get themselves back on track with this match. Chennai Super Kings however had an unexpected start to their campaign by losing both the earlier games in this IPL.
CSK in both the games failed to take early wickets in the first six overs of the game, a phase where key bowler Deepak Chahar got them wickets who is presently missing from the side. Skipper Ravindra Jadeja will be backing up Dwayne Bravo for an early breakthrough.
Punjab Kings, on the other hand, lost to KKR in the last game but chased down a target of 206 against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 3rd match of this year’s IPL.
With the addition of Kagiso Rabada to the King’s side, the team looks balanced in terms of squad lineup.
KKR’s bats were silent in front of Punjab Kings Rahul Chahar who completed his spell by taking 2 wickets and giving away just 13 runs.
