Through the video, it is also being claimed that Ukraine has accepted defeat.
The video is being shared with the Hindi text, “युक्रेन के राष्ट्रपति जेलेंस्की और रूस के राष्ट्रपति पुतिन आमने सामने । युक्रेन रूस के सामने घुटना टेका। सारे जहां से अच्छा हिंदुस्तान हमारा हमारा जय हिन्द जय भारत वंदेमातरम”

We ran a keyword search and found that the same video was uploaded by AFP on YouTube on December 9, 2019. The video was shared with the title, “Putin, Zelensky in first-ever meeting at Paris summit | AFP.”
The description of the video read, “Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky have met for the first time ever at a summit in Paris seen as a critical opportunity to take steps to end five years of conflict in eastern Ukraine. Putin and Zelensky sat down at a table with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel for the start of a four-way meeting at the Elysee Palace.”
The same video was also shared by CBS Evening News in December 2019.
From the above information, it is clear that the video is old. Moreover, we also searched but did not find any media report suggesting that Ukraine has accepted defeat in the ongoing war.
Hence, it is evident that an old video is being shared with a false and misleading claim.
