NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be FALSE.

We ran a keyword search but did not find any information related to the video. We then extracted keyframes of the video and found a report by Zee News dated January 11, 2022.

In the report, it was mentioned that the man in the video is NOT Yogi Adityanath as the same was clarified by the official Twitter handle of Uttar Pradesh Fact Check.

Taking a cue from this, we scanned through the Twitter account of Info Uttar Pradesh Fact Check and found that in a tweet dated January 9, 2022, they have rubbished the viral claim.

“#InfoUPFactCheck : The person sitting in a moving car while listening to the bhajan in a viral video is being described as Honorable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath ji, which is completely untrue. Please refrain from sharing misleading posts on social media,” the tweet read.

Hence, from the above information, it is clear that the viral video is being shared with a false claim.
