On January 5, 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was forced to cancel his scheduled public rally at Ferozepur in Punjab and return to Delhi following a massive “security breach” when his convoy was stuck on a flyover for nearly 20 minutes owing to a blockade by farmers. The prime minister had originally planned to take a chopper to Ferozepur but later had to take the road route because of bad weather.
In context to the above incident, a video is widely being shared on social media in which few youths can be seen riding a bike and raising pro-Khalistan slogans. The video is being shared with a caption insinuating that the viral video is of Punjab youths raising pro-Khalistan slogan during PM Modi’s visit.

(English translation: See slogan of Khalistan and Pakistan were raised. The ministers of Congress say that Punjab’s every person is Bhagat Singh.”)
The link to the translation can be seen here. Some users also claimed that the video was taken on the day of PM Modi’s visit.
