A Tyrannosaurus Rex at London’s Natural History Museum has received a giant jumper as a Christmas gift.
The jumper is made by British Christmas Jumpers, a family-run firm in Leicester. It has a navy, red, green and white patterns and features snowflakes and fir trees.
But there is more that makes it extra special.
The enormous jumper is 12 times heavier than a regular one. It is knitted from 100% recycled materials and is certified by the Global Recycling Standards. It took over 100 hours to complete the Christmas jumper and is made with recycled yarn and plastic bottles.
The human version of this jumper is available to buy from the museum shop to help fund the venue’s work. These jumpers are available in four sizes for adults and children.
