Shershaah Review: Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani Starrer Win Hearts, Netizens Say ‘Yeh Dil Mange More’

Shershaah, the most awaited film, is finally out on Amazon Prime today. The film is based on the life of late Captain Vikram Batra, who laid down his life during the Indo-Pak war in 1999. Directed by Bollywood debut Tamil director Vishnu Varadhan and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma production. The film stars Siddharth Malhotra as Capt. Vikram Batra and Kiara Advani as Dimple Cheema, his fiancee.

Shershaah tells us the life story of Captain Vikram Batra, his ambition for the Indian Army and his love life; how Captain Vikram Batra is naturally inclined towards the adventures life and how he accepted challenges head on, the film show us how his fearless nature plays an important role to inspire him to join the Indian Army then shifts to the beautiful love story with Dimple Cheema. The film on the other side has done an appreciating work on close study of the facts and figures of the war zone and history. Watching the patriot battle scenes, the audience will surely have tears in their eyes.

Film supposed to be released last year in theaters but due to COVID lockdown the arrival of the film was delayed, creating the buzz before its release, it was finally announced that the film would stream on Amazon Prime Video on 12th August 2021.

People over twitter reacting with their first day first show feedback, the film got them surprised, thrilled and goosebumps. Prominent faces were saying that no suitable actor could do this role other than Siddharth, VFX work done perfectly and director Vishnu Varadhan has created an experience no less than a cinema. The film overall has got only appreciations.
