In the picture, Ambani can be seen presenting a photo frame of the proposed design of Ram Temple to Yogi Adityanath.
The text of the picture read, ‘Ambani ne chunaav ke liye Yogi ko apna samarthan sunishchit kiya’. (Translation- Ambani assured his support to Yogi for the elections)

On cropping the picture and putting it through Reverse Image Search, we found the picture on Yogi Adityanath‘s verified Twitter handle dated January 8, 2018.
In the picture, Adityanath can be seen presenting a photo frame of the Kumbh 2019 logo to Gyanendra Veer Vikram Shah, the former King of Nepal.
Further, we cropped Ambani’s picture and put it through Reverse Image Search and found a similar picture in a Gujarati media portal, Desh Gujarat dated September 16, 2016.
The picture was taken when Ambani had attended the convocation ceremony of Pandit Deendayal Energy University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. In the original photo, Ambani is posing with Gujarat Chief Minister, Vijay Rupani.
On comparing all the three pictures, it becomes clear that two pictures have been morphed to make it seem like Ambani was presenting the photo frame to Yogi Adityanath.
Finally, on putting the photo frame of the design of the Ram Temple through Reverse Image Search, we found an art piece being sold on Amazon, which is similar to the one in the viral image.
This clearly establishes the fact that the picture has been edited. Thus, proving that Mukesh Ambani did not present any photo frame of Ram Temple to Yogi Adityanath.
