A simple Reverse Image Search directed us to an article by Aaj Tak published in 2018, featuring the same picture.
According to the report, the picture was clicked during the celebration of International Yoga Day in 2018 where CM Yogi was seen in a T-Shirt instead of the traditional kurta-dhoti that he always wears.

The same pictures were also posted by the Office of Chief Minister, Uttar Pradesh in 2018.
This International Yoga Day, extending his greetings, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asked people to make it a part of their lives. However, he did not post any pictures of the recent Yoga Day celebration.
