PM Modi on Monday addressed the seventh International Day of Yoga. The theme this year is ‘Yoga for wellness’.
“Today, when the entire world is fighting against the Covid-19 pandemic, Yoga has become a ray of hope,” PM Narendra Modi said in his Yoga Day address. He added, “In these difficult times people could have forgotten, ignored yoga; instead their love and enthusiasm for it have increased.”
He also announced the launch of the M-Yoga app, in collaboration with WHO. “Now there will be which will have yoga training videos in different languages for people across the world. This will help us in our ‘One World, One Health’ motto,” the PM said.
