We ran a Reverse Image Search on the pictures and found the same pictures in a report from 2018 on a site called Media Vigil.
According to the report, the video is of a local BJP leader from Amroha, Madan Verma, who was thrashed by women with slippers and shoes.
Based on the above information, we ran a keyword search and found a report by News18 India published in 2018 on the same.
In a report by Lallantop from 2018, it was stated that on June 5, 2018, a few women gathered outside aa ongoing cabinet meeting demanding ration cards to be made.
When Madan Verma went to pacify the situation, agitated women accused him of favouring ration dealers and started beating him.
Hence, from the above information, it is clear that the pictures in circulation are old and the post is misleading.
