With the help of reverse image search, we found a video report published by The Washington Post in August 2016. The report carried the same image.
As per the report, the images are from 2016 and shows an incident from Syria. The description of the video reads, “The fate of two boys seen weeping on video and embracing over the loss of their brother in an Aug.25 bombing attack in Aleppo City is unknown. An airstrike hit the funeral of the boys’ brother on Aug. 27 and the pair were thought to be present.”
