A Miami private school has asked its employees to wait to get the COVID-19 vaccine until the end of the school year and cautioned that if they do, they won’t be allowed to return next year, CNN reported.
A letter was sent to faculty and staff at Centner Academy, saying the school discourages teachers and staff from getting the COVID-19 vaccines. The letter said legal action would be taken if they lied about it.
In the letter, the school claims tens of thousands of women worldwide had adverse reproductive issues by just being near someone who was vaccinated, including irregular menstruation, bleeding and miscarriages.
Centner concluded by asking employees to “please wait until the school year ends” to get vaccinated. Teachers who are vaccinated after the school year ends “will not be able to return to school until clinical trials are complete (if a position is still available at that time).” The letter did not specify which clinical trials it meant.
The school also claimed it spoke with medical leaders about the vaccine, that it’s experimental and not enough is known about it.
According to the New York Times, faculty was told to fill out a confidential form answering whether they received the vaccine, which one and how many doses.
NewsMobile believes that this is a classic case of misinformation being spread about vaccines and we strongly believe that vaccines help to stop the spread of COVID-19.
