NewsMobile fact-checked the video and found that it was created digitally.
We extracted keyframes from the video using InVid Tool and ran a Reverse Image Search on them.
The search led us to the same video which was uploaded on YouTube on March 2, 2021, with the title, “When you are still in lockdown by visual effects artist Hamid Ebrahimnia.”
Taking a cue from this, we looked for Hamid Ebrahimnia and scanned through his social media account. We found the same video on his Instagram page, uploaded on February 26, 2021.
“Drone pilots playing in quarantine 🏐 I did all animations in Cinema4D, tracked in Mocha and composited in After Effects,” he wrote in the caption.
In his Facebook bio, Hamid wrote that he is a VFX Artist & MoGraph Designer specialising in Boujou / Mocha / C4D / AE.
We also found the same video of drones on his YouTube channel.
Hence, from the above fact check, it is clear that the video was created digitally and is NOT real.
