According to the website, the following were the first five Education Ministers –
- Maulana Abul Kalam Azad: 1947 to 1958
- Dr KL Shrimali: 1958 to 1962
- Dr KL Shrimali: 1962 to 1963
- Humayun Kabir: September 1963 to November 1963
- MC Chagla: 1963 to 1966
- Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed: November 1966 to March 1967
From the above information, it is evidently clear that the ministers do not belong to the same community.
