In the much anticipated interview with Oprah Winfrey, Prince Harry along with his wife Meghan Markle invoked several sensational issues.
CBS released two 30-second excerpts from Oprah With Meghan And Harry, which is set to air on March 8. The first video begins with Winfrey asking Meghan if she was “silent or silenced”. She then asks the duchess: “Almost unsurvivable. Sounds like there was a breaking point?”
In the second promo video Harry could be seen invoking the memories of his late mother, Princess Diana, who had to find her way alone after she and Prince Charles divorced.
“I’m just really relieved and happy to be sitting here talking to you with my wife by my side, because I can’t begin to imagine what it must have been like for her going through this process by herself all those years ago,” Harry said, adding, “because it’s been unbelievably tough for the two of us.”
Prince Harry’s mother, Diana was stripped of the Her Royal Highness title at the time of her divorce from the Prince of Wales in August 1996. She died in a car accident in Paris the following year.

In the interview, Dutch also said that the process of separating from royal life has been very difficult for him and his wife, Meghan.
Harry and Meghan stepped away from royal life in March 2020, unhappy at media scrutiny and the strictures of their roles. They cited the intrusions and racist attitudes of the British media toward the duchess, who is African American.
