We extracted keyframes from the video and ran them through Reverse Image Search. The search led us to a video report uploaded by ETV Telangana on YouTube on February 1, 2021.
The video report contained the same viral video and the title of the report read, “BJP Leaders & Activists Attack Parakala MLA’s House for His Remarks Against Ram Mandir Fund Drive.”
We also found the same video in a report by Latestly with the title, “BJP Workers Arrested For Pelting Stones, Attacking TRS MLA’s House In Warangal, Telangana.”
We also ran a keyword search and found multiple media reports on the same. The reports can be seen here and here.
Hence, from the above information, it is clear that the video is from Telangana and NOT West Bengal.
