FACT CHECK
NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the found that the video is old.
Upon carefully examining the video, we noticed PRTC written on the bus.

We searched and found that PRTC stands for Pepsu Road Transport Corporation.

Based on this, we ran a keyword search and found that the same video was uploaded by a verified YouTube Channel Jagbani on September 21, 2019.

The same video was also uploaded by P24 News on September 23, 2019.

We also found multiple 2019 media reports on the same. According to a report by The Tribune, dated September 20, 2019, the bus was attacked in Kapurthala.

According to a report by Amar Ujala, the bus allegedly accidentally hit one of the horses of the jatha, angering the Nihangs. Following which, they blocked the bus and attacked it.

This proves that the video in circulation is old and has no relation to the ongoing farmers’ protest.
