On putting the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search, we found a news report on YouTube by Dilli AajTak dated August 29, 2018. The report mentions that the incident took place in Ghaziabad.
We also found reports by India.com and Patrika published on August 28, 2018, which stated that the woman attacked the policeman after he slapped her brother during an altercation at an SBI bank in Loni, Ghaziabad, during Aadhaar card enrolment.
Ghaziabad Police took to Twitter to inform people that the said incident took place near an SBI bank in Loni. The tweet, posted in August 2018, explained that a case was registered against the culprit and two people have been arrested.
