The video was uploaded by Harshvardhan Jain, an Indian motivational speaker.
The viral clip can be seen at 1:44 min of the above video.
We found multiple other videos on his YouTube channel.
Moreover, on his Facebook profile, we found that Harshvardhan has studied from Rajasthan College in Jaipur and is himself a resident of Jaipur.
This proves that the man in the video is NOT a Pakistani journalist but a motivational speaker from India.
