In a horrifying turn of events, 46 year old Delhi based businessman Neeraj Gupta was killed by his girlfriend’s fiancé after he objected to their wedding and his body thereafter was stuffed into a suitcase, taken onto a train and disposed off in Gujarat’s Bharuch according to Police on Wednesday.  Police unveiled the crime days after the businessman went missing from Adarsh Nagar in North West Delhi. His wife told Police she suspected the girl Faisal and knew about the long standing affair between the two.

Gupta was in an extra marital relationship with 29 year old Faisal for the past 10 years, who was his employee. He had gone to the Faisal’s rented house in North-western Delhi on November 13th according to Police, to object to the wedding.

A quarrel broke out between Gupta and the girl, her fiancé and her mother. Police said Gupta was hit on the head with a brick, stabbed in the stomach thrice and his throat was slit by the 28 year old fiancé Juber. What provoked Juber was when Gupta attacked Faisal.

Juber who works in the pantry section of the Railways, reached Nizamuddin railway station in a taxi, after stuffing the body in a suitcase. He then boarded the Rajdhani Express and disposed off the body near Bharuch in Gujarat.
