US Presidential Poll: Trump Claims Victory, Says Will Move Supreme Court To Stop Voting

Even as counting of votes continues across the United States, President Donald Trump while addressing the nation from the White House on Wednesday claimed victory. In the same breath, he also said that he is moving the Supreme Court to stop voting.

Trump said they are going to the Supreme Court to prevent “them finding new ballots at 4’o clock in the morning”. “We will win this and as far as I’m concerned, we already have,” he says.

It is pertinent to note that the US Supreme Court has six judges appointed by the Republicans versus three appointed by Democrats.

“Want to thank the American people for their support. We were planning a big celebration. A very sad group of people is trying to disenfranchise the people who voted, we won’t stand for it. Citizens have come out in record numbers. This is a fraud on American people, we will got to Supreme Court to stop voting,” Trump said.

Spelling out his victory lap, he said, “We won Florida by a lot. We won Texas, Ohio. It is also clear that we have won Georgia. We have a lot of life left in Arizona but we don’t need it. We are winning Pennsylvania. We had such a big night. We will win this. Frankly we did win this election. As far as I’m concerned, we already have won.”
