Train made to run non-stop from Lalitpur to Bhopal to save 3-year-old girl

In a first of its kind incident, a train was made to run non-stop from Lalitpur to Bhopal to save a 3-year-old girl who had allegedly been kidnapped. As per reports, the alleged kidnapper was fleeing in the train but the railways police department worked together to nab the accused and rescue the girl.

The child was abducted from Lalitpur railway station, after which the kidnapper tried to flee in the train. However, the train was run without stopping until it reached Bhopal. The kidnapper was then nabbed on the spot.

As per reports, the accused abducted the child and boarded the Raptisagar Express. The news of the incident broke after the girl’s family reached the railway station.

As soon as the Railway Police Force (RPF) personnel were informed about the incident, they started scanning the CCTV footage of the railway station. It was then that they spotted the accused boarding the Raptisagar Express.

The RPF inspector was informed about the same and he alerted the operating control in Bhopal. He also requested the authorities to run the train non-stop from Lalitpur to Bhopal, as per a report by Amar Ujala.

Meanwhile, officials waited at Bhopal station to arrest the accused as soon as the train arrived. The officials then nabbed the accused from one of the train compartments and rescued the girl. As per reports, the girl is safe and is in her family’s possession.
