In a big development in the drugs-related case related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), probing the alleged Bollywood-drug nexus has summoned actresses Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh.
As per reports, Sara, Shraddha, and Rakul used to party with Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty and others at Sushant’s farmhouse in Lonavala.
So far, the NCB has arrested Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda, personal staff Dipesh Sawant and others in the case. On Tuesday, a special NDPS court extended the judicial custody of actor Rhea Chakraborty till 6th October.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is currently investigating the case. However, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) are conducting their separate investigations in drug and money-laundering angle, respectively.
