This will be a big blow to CSK’s IPL innings this year. The team’s training has been delayed after 10 members of the team’s crew including a bowler tested positive for the corona virus after their arrival in Dubai. This news has come as a big setback for the CSK team and their quarantine period has been extended to September 1 and teams cannot begin training till players clear all 3 corona tests. Now the CSK team will have to wait for the result of a fourth corona test that they will have to undergo. The result should be out on Saturday.
Reactions have started coming in thick and fast from fans, sports lovers and commentators.
Heart goes out to @ImRaina who is having to miss out on the #Dream11IPL for personal reasons. Having spoken to him recently on @cricbuzz, I know how desperate he was to do well. Huge blow to @ChennaiIPL. They have the resources to recover but then Raina and CSK are so intertwined
