In a new twist to the ongoing investigation in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s mysterious death case, the Enforcement Directorate has now sought details from the Bihar Police a copy of the FIR filed by the late actor’s father.
ED will look into Sushant’s bank details and scan his transactions and probe if Rs 15 crore had been taken out from his account by Rhea Chakrabarty as has been alleged by Sushant’s father in his FIR.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court has rejected the public interest litigation PIL plea filed by lawyer Alka Priya for CBI probe into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. This will be a heartbreaking update for fans of Sushant Singh Rajput and people rooting for CBI probe into his suicide.
In her plea, Ms Alka justified that the late actor did a lot of work in the public interest and even had sent the children to NASA. In his response CJI said, “Let the police first do the investigation and it has nothing to do with whether the person was good or bad. It is also about jurisdiction. Go to Bombay HC if you have anything concrete to show.”
