FACT CHECK

NewsMobile fact-checked the above video and found that the claim attached to the video is FAKE.

We extracted the keyframes of the video and put them through Reverse Image Search. The search led us to the same video on Coub, a video sharing platform, posted on August 3, 2018.

On digging further, we came across a tweet dated August 4, 2018, which featured the same video. The caption in Russian suggested that the video shows the release of paratroopers athletes from the Mi-26 helicopter.

NewsMobile cannot independently verify the origin of the video, however, the above information establishes the fact that the video in question is old and it has no connection with the Coronavirus pandemic.
