June 5 onwards all markets, market areas and shops, except malls and market complexes, will be allowed to function on an odd-even basis from 9am to 5pm. Apart from this, except essential services, movement of individuals will remain prohibited between 9pm to 5am.

Even though the Centre has allowed the following to open, the state government will keep religious places, hotels, restaurants, hospitality services, shopping malls, barber shops, spas, salons and beauty parlours closed.

From June 8, all private offices can operate with up to 10% strength, with remaining employees working from home.
It also allowed intra-district bus services to function while inter-district bus services will not be permitted.
