Indian Railways are gradually restarting passenger train operations from May 12 with 15 pairs of trains which will make 30 return journeys
These trains are being run as special trains from New Delhi Station connecting Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi

• Only online reservation on IRCTC website is available.
• Ticket booking counters at the railway stations will remain closed and no counter tickets (including platform tickets) will be issued.
• Only those passengers with confirmed e-tickets will be allowed to enter the railway station.

• Movement of passengers and the driver transporting the passengers to and from the railway station will be allowed on the basis of the confirmed e-ticket.
• All passengers will be compulsorily screened at the railway station and only asymptomatic passengers will be allowed to board the trains.
• All passengers will be provided with hand sanitizers at the entry and exit points of railway stations and coaches.
• All passengers will be required to wear face masks while entering the station and during the journey.
• During boarding and travel, all passengers will have to observe social distancing.
• On arrival at the destination, passengers will have to adhere to health protocols prescribed by the destination State or Union Territory.
