On putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found an article on Bangalore Mirror published on July 3, 2017, featuring the same image. The article mentions that around 20 techies had voluntarily come to clean Hulimavu Lake in Bengaluru.

On digging further, we found that the police in Kalaburgi is making the violators clean up public spaces. But clearly the photo used in the post is old and not related to Coronavirus.
