On putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found a news report dated June 18, 2019. According to the report,  the incident took place in Koppal district, where a mother drowned her 3 children and later committed suicide.

We also found a TOI report on the same incident. As per the report, the deceased had been identified as Yellamma(30), Akshata(7), Kavya(4), and Nagraj(2).

A report published by ‘Sakshi’ newspaper suggested that Yellamma was going through some family problems but no specific reasons were given that might have led her to commit suicide.
