Bengaluru: An employee of the Intel Corp. Ltd, in the city is under observation after exhibiting symptoms associated with Coronavirus and is being quarantined in accordance with the procedure established by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This was after, one of the Paytm employees tested positive on Wednesday in the city of Gurugram in Haryana.
The India INC is under considerable stress after its employees are being checked for this deadly virus.

A statement issued by the IT giant read:
“An Intel employee in Bangalore has potentially been exposed and is currently under quarantine in accordance with government requirements”.
The company also highlighted various measures it has taken to ensure the safety and well-being of its employees such as permission to work from home, making hand sanitizers available, travel restrictions and office sanitization amongst others.
In this regard, it said:
“In India, we have implemented precautionary measures such as travel and event restrictions, visitor screening at all our offices, increased frequency of office sanitation, and work from home provisions”.
The city of Bengaluru is focusing extensively on preventing the spread of this virus. On Monday, it was announced that a techie from Hyderabad tested positive for the virus and he is also associated with Bengaluru.
Karnataka Health Minister B Shreeramulu said that the state is ready to combat the spread of the virus.
