Hollywood’s biggest night – the Academy Awards – on Sunday (local time) bestowed the most outstanding icons of the industry with Korean drama ‘Parasite’ making history with the Best Film honour.
While Joaquin Phoenix won the award for the best male actor for ‘Joker’, Renee Zellweger became the best female actor for her portrayal of late icon Judy Garland in the biopic ‘Judy’.
Brad Pitt has won this year’s Best Supporting Actor award at the Oscars for his performance in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.
This award is Pitt’s first Oscar win for an acting category. He had previously won in 2012 as a producer of Best Picture winner ’12 Years a Slave’.

Earlier this year, Pitt managed to win the Best Supporting Actor at the Golden Globes 2020, Screen Actors Guild Awards 2020 and BAFTA Awards 2020.
Besides, Laura Dern won the Best Supporting Actress for Marriage Story.
